Potential candidates are qualified during in-depth interviews by our consultants
for their skills, attitudes and potential cultural fit with the client's organisation.
Candidates are strictly measured and thoroughly screened.
The consultant schedules mutually convenient time for meetings between the client
and each candidate. After each interview, the consultant contacts both the client
and the candidates for feedback and updates.
Once the client selects the final candidate, the consultant contacts referees who
are capable of providing insights about the candidate's qualifications and background.
We provide detailed feedback from referees, typically ex-bosses and subordinates,
on candidate's performance, skills and capabilities in the following areas:-Problem solving,
Inter-personal communication, People Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership. We
stress highly the candidate's honesty and integrity.
When required, we can provide Assessment and Analysis via a variety of composite tests
that can determine the candidate's numeracy, verbal skills, sales aptitude, decision making,
